If you have decided to open a new LTD as a natural person, you will firstly have to decide who will be the shareholder and who the representative. The shareholder is the person, who is the owner of the company and provides the funds to open a business in the first place. Both the shareholder and the representative have to obtain a Slovenian tax number prior to their arrival in Slovenia.
