Both the shareholder and the representative have to obtain a Slovenian tax number prior to their arrival in Slovenia. You will need to obtain a notarized statement of the owner of the business address that he allows you to register your company at that address.

Once you have this sorted, you will have to travel to Slovenia to perform company registration and sign the act of establishment. You will also need to open a bank account for your company in that visit. After depositing 7500€ founding capital to the bank account, it takes the court 3-5 business days to register the company.
