You would have to obtain a Slovenian tax numbers for all shareholders and representatives. Also, your company would need a business address in Slovenia. The minimal share capital you would have to present to register an LTD company is 7500 EUR. Within the company you can register various business activities and offer a variety of services through your company.

What about expanding your business to Slovenia?

If you have an already developed service or product, you do not have to register an entirely new company. In order to present your brand to the European market in the New Year, you can also register a subsidiary and branch office. This is possible if you have an existing LTD company abroad. The difference between the two company types is that the subsidiary is a separate legal entity. In this case, the shareholder is a foreign legal entity. You would still need to present 7500 EUR share capital but you can register additional business activities, not just the ones that the parent company renders.

On the other hand, a branch office is not a separate legal entity. It is a part of the parent company and can only render the same business activities as the parent company. When registering it, you do not need to present share capital.
