Provide IT services in Slovenia – company registration

Once you have developed your own business plan to provide IT services, it’s time to register a business in Slovenia. For this you need to provide a tax number in Slovenia, a business address in Slovenia and share capital of 7500€. If you want to provide managing portal and processing data, you also need to register business activities “Data processing and related activities” (SKD code 63.110), as well as “Web portals management” (SKD code 63.120).
