Start the preparations to obtain the necessary documents for company registration
Starting your business in Slovenia would require you to have a company in Slovenia. Non-EU citizens can register an LTD company with 7500€ share capital. Additionally, you would need to provide Slovenian tax numbers for all shareholders and representatives in Slovenia. When registering the company, you would also need a business address for your company in Slovenia.
If you want to start your business conduct in 2020, you can start certain preparations now. Obtaining a Slovenian process which takes at least 8 days to obtain. It is a process which you can do remotely, with our support. Also, we recommend reserving a company name before your actual arrival in Slovenia so that you know that the company name would be accepted. It is a process which takes at least 2 days to complete. You can only start the preparations when you already receive your Slovenian tax number.

All shareholders and representatives have to be present for signing the act of establishment and opening the bank account. After signing the act of establishment, you have 14 days to deposit the share capital which is a timeline you can also include in your preparations.
