Company registration procedure in Slovenia

Slovenian Chamber of Commerce is competent institution which issues licences. According to the regulations of the European Community you can obtain a license for international transport for a period of 10 years, however, according to the Law on Road Transport you can obtain a license for 5 years.
In process of obtaining a license for international transport a company must submit the following documents:
- The certificate of a responsible person with competence for steering vehicles
- Proof of a financial capability of the company
- A certificate of a non criminal record for legal entity and natural person
