The fastest way to prove it is by investing 50.000€ to fixed assets of the company. This means that your company purchases something needed for business conduct. The item depends on your chosen business activity but can range from property, company car, equipment etc. Your company has to make te purchase within 6 months from company establishment. The amount cannot be lower than 50.000€.
The other two options take at least 6 months to fulfill. You can employ an EU citizen for a period of at least 6 months on a full workday. When he is employed with you at least 6 months and you pay him all salaries, you can apply for your work and residence permit.
The last option is usually viable for companies who plan on starting strong with their business activity. If your company has 10.000€ turnover each month for 6 consecutive months, you can also apply for your work and residence permit.
