Once you have all those documents, all shareholders and representatives need to come to Slovenia for company registration. The whole process takes about 2 weeks to complete. Only establishing a company in Slovenia would not give you immediate right for immigrating here. After company establishment, the company is required to fulfill one of the following conditions:

  • Investing 50.000 € to fixed assets of the company (purchasing something the company needs for business conduct);
  • Employing an EU citizen for full-time for a period of 6 months and after 6 months the company can start employing non-EU citizen as well;
  • Showing company turnover 10.000 €/months for 6 consecutive months and after 6 months of such turnover the company can start employing foreigners.

Once one of these conditions is fulfilled, you can apply for your work and residence permit and start immigrating to Slovenia. This will enable you to do business in Slovenia directly.
