In order to have the company address registered at a specific address in Slovenia, you need consent from the owner of the business address. He has to fill out a special statement and have it notarized at the notary at the Slovenian administrative unit.

In 3-5 business days from the deposit, the company is officially registered and you have to change the temporary bank account to permanent.
