As the epidemic in Slovenia has officially ended, all forces are now destined to support the economy to return to the previous level. The first two rounds of measures were set for immediate intervention and had short deadlines for completion, while the third round already supports future investments and stability of the country. The EU commission gave large acclaim for all those measures and predicts that already next year the economic growth would be on the pre-corona level.
The measures, which received the most acclaim, were those set for saving jobs. This was possible with full subsidy of the salary compensation for waitlisted employees and those who did not work due to force majeure. It also included covering social contributions for employees who worked during the epidemic. The estimation is that these measures saved 260.000 jobs in Slovenia.

Measures that receive general acclaim also include deferring loan payments for natural persons and companies. Over 22.000 loan recipients took advantage of this measure. In the third round of economic support, the government will continue supporting the economy by enabling fast and lucrative loans. Additionally, it is also supporting investments by removing bureaucratic obstacles with investments in construction. Also, supporting local tourism is one of the measures that the EU commission gave acclaim for.
