Access to EU – business immigration to Slovenia

Having a company in Slovenia also gives you access to the possibility of relocating here for business. Slovenia also offers one of the simplest ways for entrepreneurs to engage in business immigration. Through the same company you can also employ other non-EU staff.

If you want to have access to applying for work and residence permit through your own company, your company would need to fulfill one of the following conditions:

  • investment of 50.000€ to fixed assets of the company,
  • or employing an EU citizen for 6 months on full-time salary,
  • or showing company revenue 10.000€ each month for 6 consecutive months.

Fulfilling one of these conditions gives you the right to apply for business immigration and upon receiving the permit, you can live and work in a safe country with access to travelling around the entire EU.
