- the founder of the company must have at least a high school education and has to pass a specific examination related with the transport expedition and logistics, or to employ at least one person, who has the relevant education and has passed the exam
Furthermore, it is necessary abide by the decree on the implementation of the provision of services within the customs activity, that is, to get permission from the General Customs Service of the Republic of Slovenia, which is not transferable.
