Subsidiary company is LTD company, established by foreign legal entity. It is sovereign and does not depend on the parent company. Firstly, to establish a subsidiary company:
- Director of parent company need to obtain tax number in Slovenia
- Director of future subsidiary company need tax number in Slovenia
- Foreign legal entity needs to obtain tax number in Slovenia
- Certificate of non-criminal record for future director of subsidiary
Secondly, you can come to the registration procedure. It lasts about one hour. The subsidiary company will be established in 2-4 days from the day, when parent company put the founding capital on the bank account of subsidiary company. Founding capital should be at least 7.500 EUR.
