If you want to register an Ltd at a DATA point, the minimum capital must be in euros (€). To emphasize, the minimum capital is 7,500.00 €. What is more, you will need to transfer or deposit the minimum amount to a temporary bank (of his/her choice) after the registration. As a result, you will receive a bank receipt for the capital payment, which he/she shall return to the DATA referent. Then, the the application electronically proceeds to the Court of Registration. Within a week, you receive by post the decision to enter the company in the register of companies. Also, receipt of the court’s decision means that he can go back to the bank and change the temporary account into a business account. From that moment on, the company has EUR 7,500.00 at its disposal for the day-to-day running of the company.
