A non-EU citizen can establish an LTD company in Slovenia. For that you would need a Slovenian tax number for all shareholder and representative, a business address in Slovenia, 7.500€ founding capital and valid passports.

When you deposited the founding capital, it takes 3-5 business days for the court to officially register the company.
When you receive a decree from court that the company is established, you can activate the permanent bank account of the company. With this the company establishment process is complete.
