Required documents for LTD company registration in Slovenia
An LTD company is a limited liability company which requires 7500€ share capital for registration. Also, the other required documents for the registration are: Slovenian tax number for all shareholders and representatives, valid passport and a business address in Slovenia. To obtain the Slovenian tax number, your presence in Slovenia is not required. You can authorize someone to obtain it on your behalf. DATA provides the service of obtaining the tax number.
For a business address you would require to obtain approval from the owner of the business address that they allow you to register your company at that address. It is sufficient that the owner signs the required document and notarizes it at the notary or Slovenian administrative unit. Hence, you do not have to come to Slovenia for this procedure. Company registration in Slovenia – how does the process look like?
Once you have the required documents you can register your company at any VEM point. A VEM point is a governmentally licensed office where you can carry out company registrations free of charge. At the VEM point the consultant will help you to prepare the following documents: act of establishment of the company, statement for the business address, tax information and statement about the representative. Once you have deposited the 7500€ share capital, we can submit the required documents for company registration to court. In 3-5 business days the company is registered and you can proceed with your business in Slovenia.
