- 7.500€ founding capital
- Business address where the company has its business seat in Slovenia

Process of company registration – choosing a business activity
To be better prepared for when you come to the actual company registration, it is best to think about the business activities of your company in advance. In Slovenia, you can register several business activities in one company. This is good especially for those entrepreneurs who will cover more than one sector or have not yet decided on one specific business activity.
Some business activities are regulated in Slovenia. This means that your company would have to obtain a license before carrying out this business activities. Process of company registration – preparing the act of establishment and opening the bank account
Once you have obtained the documents and decided on the business activity, the next step in the process is to make the actual company registration.
For that all shareholders and representatives have to come to Slovenia. Here, they would prepare the act of establishment of the company. In it, you would have to determine the shareholder structure, representation of the company, business address, founding capital, business activities etc.
Afterwards you would have to go to a chosen bank in Slovenia to open a temporary bank account. In it, you would deposit the founding capital either in cash or through bank transfer. Within 3-5 business days the company is officially registered and the representative can activate the permanent bank account.
