Eligibility for business immigration through fulfilling conditions of active business conduct
Fulfilling conditions of active business conduct means abiding by one of the following steps:
- Investing 50.000€ into fixed assets of the company, like buying property, car, equipment for the company;
- Or employing an EU citizen for 6 months on full-time salary;
- Or showing company revenue at least 10.000€ per month for 6 consecutive months.
Your company has to fulfill only one of these conditions for the eligibility to employ foreigners in the company. You can apply for your own work and residence permit as well as employ additional foreign staff in the company.
