Registration of an Ltd at a DATA point
The conditions are not so hard to meet. Usually, the shareholder(s) and the representative(s) of the company must be present in person during the registration. But the process can be done remotely by power of attorney at a notary. Sharholdere (s) and representative(s) must prove their identity with a valid identity document. The initial capital of the company must be paid in the minimum amount of 7.500 EUR. But, if you want to register with fixed assets, you need to proceed with a notary.
