Regulated business activities
Do you know what regulated business activity means? Mostly, it means that they require a certain level or type of education in order to legally carry them out. Which business activities are unregulated?
Most of the other business activities which you can register in your Slovenian company would fall under the unregulated category. Some do require abiding by specific conditions, especially pertaining to business premises. Those mostly include activities like restaurants and guesthouses, along with similar hospitality business.
The business activities that are completely unregulated and do not require abiding by any additional conditions include: IT services, consulting, renting own real estate. With those business activities it is only important that you register them within your company’s act of establishment.
