Description of the OECD

What are the benefits for citizens for OECD member states?

Countries of the OECD have developed politics regarding the assistance to its citizens when it comes to starting and expanding their business to another OECD member state. They have representative office in all member states where entrepreneurs can turn to for support. Particularly the benefit for Slovenia is that citizens of countries from the OECD can buy property in Slovenia as natural persons even if the OECD member state is not an EU country. This is important to note as other non-EU citizens cannot to buy real estate in Slovenia as natural persons. But this should not pose an obstacle – all non-EU citizens can register an LTD company in Slovenia and buy real estate through the company. Having a company will also enable the foreigner to engage in business, like renting own real estate and generating profit through property purchase.
