Founders of the private limited company (LTD) must first come to »One stop shop« in the process of registering a company. After obtaining documents for company registration, prepared by the consultant on the »One stop shop«, the founders of the company have to go to the bank. On the bank you have to open a temporary account and put the founding capital of the company.

Also, founders must obtain a certificate of payment of the founding capital. The certificate is issued by the bank after the payment of capital. After the Court has received an application, they need a week to review the documents, and if everything is in order with the application, shall decide on the registration of a business entity in the register of companies. The decision on registration of an entrepreneur is sent to the address specified in the registration procedure of company at “One stop shop”.
Founder with the decision goes back to the bank and changes the temporary account into a permanent business account. The company can start realizing business activity.
