If you have made your decision to start your business in Slovenia, you would firstly need to open a company here. Non-EU citizens can open an LTD company. The founding capital for such a company is 7.500 € and the company is liable for business conduct with the amount of founding capital.

To open an LTD company, all shareholders and representatives require to obtain a Slovenian tax number. Additionally, the company needs a business address in Slovenia. For that, you need to obtain consent from the owner of the business address.

Then you have to come to Slovenia for approximately 2 weeks in order to establish the company. You sign the company establishment act at any of the VEM/SPOT point. One of them is also in our office. Then you have to go to the bank in Slovenia and open the temporary bank account. To that account you then deposit the founding capital. After depositing the capital, you receive a decree about company establishment within 3-5 business days.

Once you receive it, you can return back to the bank and activate the bank account. This concludes company registration and you can start your business in Europe as well.
