Transport business in Slovenia – company setup

You will have to prove your financial standing. You can prove it by buying a vehicle worth 9,000 EUR for the first one and 5,000 EUR for each vehicle after that. Also, you can increase the share capital or register a company with higher share capital from the start. Also, you will need a responsible person of the company – the transport manager. In order to get the license, you will also need an office in Slovenia. You can either rent it or buy it.

Transport business and office space
When it comes to the office you need for transport business, the conditions depend on the number of vehicles you register. You also need to post your business hours in a visible space in the office. You need to have at least 6 hours of businesss hours per day.
In this office, the company must keep personnel records. Also, you most store there personnel records and other business documents. In addition, you must keep the records of driving and rest times of your drivers.
