The expenses that the company has with having a full-time employee

As an employer, you have to ensure to pay the gross salary with the additions of taxes and contributions. The contributions you would have to pay are:

  • pension and disability insurance contributions,
  • contributions for medical insurance,
  • unemployment contributions

As an employer, you would also have to pay contributions for work injury insurance.

In addition to the NET salary and the gross sum, you would also have to cover the expenses for the employee’s meals and transport to work.
