When you have gathered all your documents, you can proceed to company registration. For that all shareholders and representatives have to come to Slovenia for company registration. You will have to remain in Slovenia around 2 weeks to finalize all processes connected to opening a company.

The first step would be to make the act of establishment of the company. You can do it at any VEM point in Slovenia free of charge. Afterwards you proceed to going to a bank in Slovenia in order to gain their consent for opening a temporary bank account of your company. When you receive it, you will have to deposit the founding capital 7.500€. Then it takes 3-5 business days for the court to officially register the company. When you receive the court’s decree, you have to activate the permanent bank account. This is the final step and once completed, you can proceed to your business conduct in Slovenia.
