The costs of registering a company- proving active business
One of the costs of registering a company in Slovenia is proving that your Slovenian business is operating actively. If you would like to hire a non-EU citizen, you will have to prove that you run an active business. Therefore, you need to meet one of these three conditions:
- You need to invest 50,000 euros in your company’s fixed assets; Or
- You must employ an EU citizen full time for a period of 6 months; Or
- You must show monthly transactions in the amount of at least 10,000 € for six consecutive months.
