Cost you can expect in the process of company registration

Costs of company registration differ depending on what company type you choose to open. If you open a new LTD as a natural person or a new LTD as a legal entity (daughter company), you can carry out the registration at our VEM point. In this case, the process of registration is free of charge. But if you are expanding your business by opening a branch office, you would have to carry out the registration at the notary. Notaries charge the registration fee and the cost depends on the size of the company and starts at 300€.

If you are opening a new LTD as a natural person or a new LTD as a legal entity (subsidiary), you have to take into account also the amount of share capital. The minimal amount of share capital that you have to deposit is 7500€. But this is the money which your company can spend for costs related to business after the registration.
