- invest minimum 50.000 eur in the fixed assets of your company in the first 6 months from the registration
- have one person employed in the company for the last 6 months (you can immediatelly employ an EU citizen)
- have 10.000 eur of turnover in your company every month in the last 6 months
- you can also obtain the work and residence permit based on your high education, but not for the director
