Deposit of share capital
The process of opening an LTD requires you to have a founding capital. But you do not need to bring it to the registration. What you do is make a deposit at a selected bank. You do that by opening a temporary account. After that, the bank gives you a statement, confirming they recieved the deposit. With this document, the process of opening an LTD can continue. The DATA point expert then files an eletronic application to the Register court. The court sends their decision to the shareholder(s) in about a week. With this decision, the company becomes part of the Business register.

Last step of opening an LTD
The process of opening an LTD ends with activating your bank account. You can do that after recieving the court’s decision. With this document you can go to the bank. There, you can change the temporary bank account into a business account. From this point on, you can use the founding capital to conduct business. This way your company can start operating.
