To that bank account you then deposit the founding capital for the LTD. The minimal amount for founding capital is 7.500€. This money is later available to spend on business expenses.
3-5 business days after depositing the 7.500€, the company is officially registered and then you can activate the permanent bank account. Then you can continue do your business in Slovenia and present your service to the European market.
