There are several different ways of starting a business in Slovenia. The most common one is opening a limited liability company. If you are starting an LTD, you can do it alone as well as with partners. In this case, all shareholders have to agree on some things, sooner or later. Preferably as soon as possible. For example:
- amount and shares of the founding capital;
- the name of the company;
