In order to obtain the license the main condition the company has to fulfill is the appropriate education and three years of experience in this field (if you do not have the appropriate education the you would need to fulfill the condition on having at least 6 years of experience in sales of travel packages ).
If neither of the founders or directors of the company does not fulfill these terms, then it is necessary to employ in the company an employee, who fulfills the given conditions.
