Founder of a company or shareholder – what does the ZGD-1 say about this?

When can a founder of a company or shareholder set up multiple LTD in a shorter period of time?

A person can become a founder of a company or a member of LTD if he has founded or have shares in LTD company in the last three months, which is not older than three months, if:

• the first Ltd trades actively – has open transaction account,
• it is not the list of tax dodgers in the last 12 months,
• it has no outstanding liabilities to the State more than €50,
• the company is not on a public list of taxable persons who misused VAT identification,
• the company has an insured employee for at least two months, even if it is on part-time basis.
