Company owners and directors in Slovenia – residency options
Are you a citizen of a country that is not a member of the EU? In Slovenia, you can be both a company owner and a director. Regardless of the fact that you do not have an EU passport. You can apply for a residence and work permit if your company meets one of the following conditions:
- invest in fixed assets in the amount of 50,000 euros (in the first six months of company registration);
- if you have at least full time employee for at least 6 months;
- if in each of the last 6 months the company has realized a turnover in the amount of 10,000 euros on a transaction account opened for the company in Slovenia.
