Registration of the company in Slovenia – course of events
The course of events on the day of your arrival:
1. Registration of the company at One stop shop – in our office building.
2. Consultation with our accountant.
3. You go to the bank, to which we have already sent all your data, to deposit the founding capital. Confirmation letter of the deposit you have to bring back to our office, so we can finish the registration process.
We successfully cooperate with the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology, the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Employment Service of Slovenia, banks and a number of institutions supporting entrepreneurs.
