As a non-EU citizen, you can establish a LTD company. All shareholders need to be present in Slovenia for around 10 days to finalize the process. All shareholders and representatives would also need to obtain a Slovenian tax number. In addition, you would need a business address where you would register your company’s business address in Slovenia and 7.500€ founding capital.

Once the company is established, you would can start with your business activity.
