On May 14th 2020, the Slovenian government officially ended the epidemic, which began on March 13th 2020. Some restrictions will still be in place, but mostly life will go back to normal. Entering Slovenia without having to go into quarantine will also be possible for EU residents. In the efforts to bring professional and personal life back to normal in Slovenia, additional businesses can resume activity next week. This week, public transportation and air travel was restored and next week additional measures will be lifted. On Monday, all stores can reopen. Also bars and restaurants can start to serve indoors and smaller accommodations up to 30 rooms can start accepting guests. Camps will also reopen, as will driving schools.  When providing all these services to consumers, the businesses will have to abide by the guideline of the National Institute for Public Health.

This is good news to many entrepreneurs as is shows that life is going back in its normal tracks. As Slovenia recovered so quickly it also became a model country on how to handle these kinds of crises in the future.
