Consent for the business address in case of registration of the business unit with d.o.o.
When a business unit registers by a representative of a limited liability company (d.o.o.), it does not attach it for the business address in the registration process. The business unit has its own address, which dislocates from the address of the parent company. In this case, the Registration Authority (AJPES) does not require the entrepreneur to attach it to the registration of the business unit.
Consent is not required by the d.o.o., which owns the location
In the event of a change of the company’s address (if the owner of the new location is the company itself), in the process of changing the company’s address, consent for the business address is not required.
