If you need assistance in handling your business affairs, you employ a person to your company to help you. Employing EU citizens is not a difficult process as they do not need to obtain work and residence permit beforehand.
You have to employ that person on full-time (40 hours/week) and pay him at least minimal salary. After 6 months of his employment, you can apply for your work and residence permit if you choose this route for your business immigration.

The last of the routes of business immigration is showing company turnover. If you launch your business idea and it starts generating income soon, you can consider this option. The turnover has to be at least 10.000€ per month for 6 consecutive months. It means that you issue invoices to clients in the amount of at least 10.000€ each month and receive payment from clients in that exact amount. It has to go on for 6 consecutive months. Afterwards you can apply for your work and residence permit and when you receive it, you can start doing your business in Slovenia directly.
