Regulated activity of the company requires fulfillment of certain conditions, which the company or entrepreneur must complete before it starts to provide services for these activities.
These conditions may be limited to the level and type of education as an alternative to the national professional qualifications, or require special authorization or entry in the special register of state bodies, organizations or ministries. Also special conditions may be required for the implementation of activities, as a place for activities or of providing the appropriate equipment.
Regulated activity of the company may require a license, concession or certificates, the requirements may relate to the company or to the individual operators – employees. To perform certain activities that are considered as a regulated activity of the company is also required (with pre-defined exceptions), that the company or entrepreneur can be registered only this regulated activity of the company. Such as, for example, legal services, insurance agency activities. Some of them can only be registered in certain legal forms, such as a private limited company (LTD).
Entrepreneur may enter activities that are considered as a regulated activity of the company at any time during a business or already in the process of registration of company, or when making changes in founding act of the company, which can be implemented free of charge on our One Stop Shop point VEM.
The company can not provide the activity, and invoice for this service must not be issued to the customer as long as company does not meet the conditions required by the regulated activity of the company.
Control of invoices and compliance with the terms to provide regulated services, is realized by financial inspectors. For the control of the conditions that are required to regulate the activities of the company, however, follow certain state bodies (ministries, departments, inspection), responsible for the control of specific areas.
