Employment Service carried out a survey in all 12 regional units. The research has the form of panels and includes 6 to 10 experts. 86 experts participated in the study this year. This year, 177 professional groups were analyzed.
Jobs will be short-term because of a variety of factors – either because there are not enough candidates or also because the candidates are under-qualified. This may also be due to working conditions that reject candidates, or due to structural factors.

Jobs will be vain in 94 professional groups!
As part of the survey, the Employment Service found that demand for certain occupations will also continue to exceed demand in 2021. Despite a more favorable picture compared to 2019, 94 of the evaluated professional groups will be in deficit in 2021. There will be 63 professional groups in balance and 20 will be in surplus.
They are going to be looking for engineers, programmers, and also accountants!
In 2021, employers will still struggle to fill jobs, looking for engineers, machine managers, chefs, mechanics, construction workers, software developers, accountants, auditors, healthcare professionals, and insurance agents.
