In addition to the founding capital, all shareholders and representatives have to obtain a Slovenian tax number. You can obtain it at the Slovenian tax office or you can authorize someone to obtain it on your behalf. When you have submitted the application, it takes 8 days to obtain the Slovenian tax number.
Additionally, you also need a business address for your company in Slovenia. It can be a commercial or residential building but you need to obtain the consent of the owner of the business space that he lets you register your company address there.
