Documents to open a sole proprietorship (s.p.)
In essence, if a third-country national intends to register s.p. company in Slovenia, he or she must first meet the 12-month residence requirement. In brief, he/she she must bring an identity document (residence permit and passport); a Slovenian tax number; evidence from his or her country of origin, and, if necessary, a certified statement from the owner of the building for the business address of the s.p.
