Slovenian tax number
In registration process you will have to obtain slovenian tax number for owners and directors. For daughter company is also necessary to acquire tax number, but for parent company. In that case the parent company is the owner of slovenian company. For that you need to acquire a copy from court register for parent company, which is not older than 30 days.
