Well, it depends on your circumstances. To register a Branch Office in Slovenia you need to have an existing Ltd. company. Any Ltd. company no matter where its headquarters in the world are, can open a Branch office in Slovenia. The Slovenian Branch office will be a part of your existing company which will be its founder. Therefore, Branch office has to do the same business as the founding company. Huge advantage for some is that for opening a Branch office you do not need founding capital. Also, you do not need a Slovenian bank account. Jus to avoid any confusion, you can have a bank account but it is not obligatory. You will have to provide some documents about the mother company as it will be the founder of your Slovenian Branch office. Therefore, there will be some additional translation and notary costs.
