You have to do branch office registration at the notary. In order to register the it, you would have to provide the notary with:

- Extract from the business registry of the parent company. It cannot be older than 3 months, has to be dully attested and translated to Slovene language by court translator.
- Act of establishment from the parent company. It has to be dully attested and translated to Slovene language by court translator.
- Financial report for the last business year in short form. It has to be dully attested and translated to Slovene language by court translator.
Once you have submitted the documents to the notary, the branch office usually appears in the Slovene business regsitry within 14 days.
