How to register a D.O.O. in Slovenia?

1. TAX NUMBER (founders and future directors)

All founders and/or directors from abroad must obtain a Slovenian tax number first.

2. COURT REGISTRY ABSTRACT

If the founder is legal entity it must send in a court, registry abstract (short version) translated in Slovenian language by official court translator.

3. PASSPORT

All individuals must bring their passport.

4. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

After obtaining tax number all founders and future directors must come to Slovenia and visit our company, where all the necessary documentation will be prepared for free. There is no costs in the procedure.

The business advisor guides the foundres through the procedure. We will complete and submite all necessary documentation for establishment of a D.O.O..:

a) Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Public Legal Records and Services (Slovenian Business Register)

b) Tax Administration of RS (tax administration)

c) Health Insurance Institute of Slovenia (employment)

During registration, you do not need to provide anything (conditions for certain activities, education, etc.). Upon registration, you do not need any skils, as we will fully prepare your documents.

We can help you with a conclusion of a deposit agreement with a selected domestic bank for the opening of a temporary foreign currency account to which you transfer the amount of a capital required to establish a company (minimum EUR 7.500). The capital is transferred to the temporary foreign currency account, after we prepare the registration documents.

The founders and/or directors can empower somebody else to complete the whole procedure in Slovenia.

The company will be registered approximately in a week.
